Moto Iron 7″ LED Headlight Conversion Bulb(s)

There’s a reason factory motorcycles are equipped with LED lamps—they work incredibly well. These 7″ conversion bulb kits work great on most Harley-Davidson FL-series motorcycles. No matter what light or combo you select, any of these packages easily puts more light on the road than a factory halogen lamp.

  • Choice of internal housing finish to match or contrast with your motorcycle
  • Choice of standard headlamp or headlamp with integrated homogenous element lighting surround (“halo”) that functions as white running lamp and amber turn signals
  • Choose solo lamp or w/ passing lamps kit 
    • Headlamp only kit output:
      • 4,800 lumens high beam
      • 3,600 lumens dip beam
    • Headlamp w/ passing lamp kit output:
      • 4,000 lumens high beam
      • 2,600 lumens dip beam
      • 1,440 lumens per passing lamp
    • Halo headlamp w/ passing lamps kit output:
      • 4,500 lumens high beam
      • 3,200 lumens dip beam
      • 2,550 lumens per passing lamp
• 6000K color temperature has a whiter appearance that’s not as warm as halogen lights
• Headlamp kits are standard 7″ lights and passing lamps/spotlights are standard 4-1/2″ units
• Approximately 50,000-hour lifespan
• All kits include H4 harness adapter (required for some 2014-2020 models)
  • Kits w/ passing lamps include H4-to-H9/H11 harness adapter (required for some models)
  • 7″ adapter mounting ring for 1999-2013 applications included only in kits w/ passing lamps
    • If you are converting a headlamp only on a motorcycle within this year range, you will need to source a 7″ adapter ring (available separately); kits with passing lamps include this adapter
• IP65 rated for water ingress
• Headlamp depth is approximately 3-7/8″
• Passing lamp depth is approximately 2-1/2″
