The helmet is equipped with the MIPS® safety system, providing enhanced protection against rotational impacts by allowing the helmet to slide relative to the head during a crash. It also includes an emergency release cheek pad system for quick and safe removal in emergency situations.

Designed with rider comfort and convenience in mind, the ICON Ultraflite™ features a premium comfort liner made from moisture-wicking Hydradry™ material and Ax®Suede, which conform to the shape of your head for a personalized fit. Multiple oversized intake and exhaust ports are strategically placed to optimize airflow and keep you cool on warm days. The helmet also boasts a recessed twin-channel supervent cooling system that further enhances ventilation, ensuring that heat and moisture are efficiently expelled. The quick-change Ultrashield™ fog-free visor is supplied with side plates for easy removal and replacement, and it includes a clear Pinlock® prepared shield for added clarity in extreme weather conditions (Pinlock® insert lens sold separately).

Additional features include a removable molded breath deflector and chin curtain that help reduce fogging and wind noise, as well as a fog-free dark smoke Ultrashield™ for versatile riding conditions.
