Crafted with an advanced polycarbonate compound (APC) shell, this helmet provides excellent impact resistance while maintaining a lightweight feel, ensuring safety without sacrificing comfort. The helmet features a Double D-ring pull tab closure for secure fitting, along with a chin curtain and breath deflector to enhance airflow management and reduce wind noise. The interior is lined with moisture-wicking, quick-drying, and odor-free fabric, made from OEKO-TEX® anti-bacterial material to promote a healthy environment during extended wear. Interchangeable cheek pads allow for a customizable fit, accommodating different head sizes and ensuring comfort for growing riders. The helmet’s removable and washable crown and cheek pads make maintenance straightforward and hygienic. The HJC Y10 is equipped with a HJ-50 visor that is Pinlock® prepared and anti-scratch coated, providing 99% UV protection for clear visibility and reduced glare. Ventilation is optimized through the Advanced Channeling Ventilation System (ACS), featuring three intake vents and one exhaust vent to ensure full front-to-back airflow, flushing heat and humidity away from the rider’s head.
