The HJC RPHA 91 Modular Helmet in Madal MC2 offers exceptional protection and comfort for riders seeking a versatile and lightweight helmet. Crafted with a shell composed of carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber, this helmet provides superior shock resistance while maintaining a lightweight profile for extended wear. The helmet features the HJ-37 Visor, which is Pinlock® 120XLT® prepared, offering 99% UV protection and an anti-scratch coating. The dynamic multi-step sun-visor is quickly activated via the bottom-positioned mechanism, allowing riders to adjust the tint and position the sun shield up to 10 mm closer to their face for optimal shading and clarity. Eyebrow vents assist with defogging and ventilation, enhancing airflow and rider comfort in different weather conditions.

The RPHA Premium Fit interior is designed with anti-bacterial, moisture-wicking fabric that dries quickly to keep riders comfortable during long rides. 3D contour cheek pads, along with interchangeable options across all sizes, ensure a personalized fit. The removable and washable crown and cheek pads facilitate easy maintenance and hygiene. The chin bar incorporates a dual-axis pivot mechanism that minimizes air resistance and wind noise by achieving a close fit with the helmet shell, while its retractable design allows for effortless installation and removal.

Smart HJC 2nd Generation technology is seamlessly integrated into the helmet, providing an all-in-one design that optimizes weight distribution and aerodynamic efficiency. Compatible with models like RPHA 71, RPHA 91, RPHA 31, and i71, this system is co-developed with SENA, tailored specifically for HJC helmets, and sold separately.
