Get the proven performance of the S&S cam chest kit (upgraded cam plate, oil pump, tappets, cuffs, and pushrods) while maintaining the freedom to use any cam you like for your Twin Cam or M8 with this new kit.

Oil Pump/Cam Plate

• Precision machined from billet aluminum
• Passage plugs removable for servicing
• Independent scavenge sections for flywheel cavity and cam chest
• Debris screens in both scavenge pickups
• Magnet in cam chest side to help stop debris from entering the oil pump
• 44% flow increase on the supply side and 58% flow increase on the scavenge
• The pressure relief valve is adjustable with the unit installed in the engine
• Chain drive kits include S&S High Performance cam chain tensioner (330-0737)

Pushrods:

• Quickee Pushrods
• Show Chrome pushrod tubes

Tappets:

• S&S Precision Tappets
• Hand-assembled to exacting tolerances
• Reduced valvetrain noise from start-up to shut-down
• Close tolerances for low leak-down rates
• Fast pump-up and superior high-rpm performance

Tappet Cuffs:

• Hard anodized black coating
• Billet aluminum construction
• Stronger than stock material eliminates distortion
• Improve tappet stability in high lift and high rpm situations
