The HJC RPHA 91 Modular Helmet in Madal color, size XL, offers advanced safety, comfort, and innovative features for demanding riders. Constructed with a shell material that includes carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber, this helmet provides enhanced shock resistance while maintaining a lightweight profile for extended wear. Equipped with the HJ-37 Visor, the helmet features a Pinlock® 120XLT® prepared lens that provides 99% UV protection and is coated with an anti-scratch layer. The dynamic multi-step sun visor can be swiftly activated through a bottom-positioned mechanism, allowing the rider to adjust the shading up to 10 mm closer to the face for optimal sun protection and clear visibility in varying light conditions. The sun shield also includes an anti-fog coating, ensuring consistent clarity. Eyebrow ventilation vents help with defogging and airflow management, enhancing comfort during intense rides.
The interior features the RPHA Premium Fit system with anti-bacterial, moisture-wicking, and quick-drying fabric. 3D contour cheek pads and removable, washable crown and cheek pads ensure a customizable and comfortable fit. Reflective materials are incorporated for increased visibility and safety. The chin bar, designed with a dual-axis pivot mechanism, minimizes air resistance and wind noise by achieving a close fit to the helmet shell. It can be retracted easily for convenient installation and removal, offering a streamlined profile. The helmet’s smart integration incorporates the all-in-one Smart HJC 2nd Generation system, providing seamless compatibility with models like RPHA 71, RPHA 91, RPHA 31, and i71. Developed in collaboration with SENA, these devices are sold separately but enhance connectivity, communication, and riding convenience.
